1st Amendment
The first amendment gives all citizens the freedom of speech, the press, religion, assembly, and to petition the government.
2nd Amendment
The second amendment gives the people the right to own guns.
3rd Amendment
The third amendment protects the people for having to allow soilders in their homes without the consent of the home owner.
4th Amendment
The fourth amendment protects the people from unreasonable searches of their property or the taking of a persons property.
5th Amendment
The fifth amendment states the no one can be put on trail for a serious crime without an indiciment.
6th Amendment
The sixth amendment requires the government to tell the accused person excatly what the charges against them are.
7th Amendment
The seventh amendment gives people the right to a jury in civil cases if fee is more then $20.
8th Amendment
The eigth amendment states that anyone sent to jail can either pay bail or stay in jail.
9th Amendment
The ninth amendment states that people have all other rights even if they are not listed in the Constitution.
10th Amendment
The tenth amendment is the powers not given to the federal government or prohibited by the Constitution are the powers of the states or the people.
